• Ashwagandha (KSM-66®) – 300 mg (traditionally used in herbal preparations)

• Maca powder – 200 mg (traditionally used for vitality)

• Inositol – 300 mg

• Borage oil (GLA) – 150 mg

• Magnesium (glycinate) – 150 mg (40% NRV) – contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, muscle function, and nervous system function

• Zinc (picolinate) – 10 mg (100% NRV) – contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, immune system function, and cell division

💡 Vitamin D3 and K2 combination:
This product includes vitamin D3 in a high but safe dosage (100 µg). To support correct calcium utilization, it is combined with vitamin K2 (MK-7), which helps direct calcium to the bones instead of soft tissue. Together they contribute to bone health in a safe and effective way.

🕊 Recommended dosage:
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.
