Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the date you received the item, provided that the product is unopened and unused with the packaging intact.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For orders returned from outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU

For goods delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a specific reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
