Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its unbroken packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return dispatch note and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back to us without a return having first been requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right – notwithstanding the above – to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without having to give any specific reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all labels intact and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked the return, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 10 working days. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return before it appears in your account.
